When you sign up through the survey or by sending an email,
you will receive more information on the interviews as soon as it's available.
Expressing interest now does not mean you have to participate.
Interviews can be held online (via Teams) or in person. An interview will take approximately 60 minutes. It is meant to be a conversation about one the study's series (The Hunger Games, The Great Library, The Testing, or Shadow and Bone). It will be a semi-structured and relaxed interview. I will have an interview guide with questions I would like to ask, but I am mostly very interested in what you have to say about the books and the teen and adult characters and their relationships.
Note! If you are under 18, we will need parental consent for your participation in the interview. If you are interested in doing an interview and under 18 years old and you haven't done the survey, please send an email to readingmentors@ugent.be and include your parents' or guardians' email as well. Make sure they are aware you expressed interest.
